基于树突状细胞的肿瘤免疫治疗

Dendritic cells based immunological therapy for tumors

恶性肿瘤严重危害人类健康 ,人们力求通过手术、放疗、化疗、免疫治疗等多种途径 ,达到控制甚至消灭肿瘤、维护机体健康的目的。随着医学科学的飞速发展 ,不论在实验研究还是临床应用中 ,基于树突状细胞的肿瘤免疫治疗正不断出现令人鼓舞的新成就。本文从树突状细胞的来源、分化成熟、抗原提呈机理及抗肿瘤治疗的实验研究、临床应用等方面进行综述。

Nowadays, health of people's is severely threatened by malignant tumors. Surgical, chemical, radiological or immunological methods are widely used to control or treat the tumors. With the rapid development of medical sciences, many exciting progress has been obtained not only in experimental researches but also in clinical practices of dendritic cells based immunological therapy for tumors. In this review, we summarize the source, differentiation, antigen presenting mechanism, the experimental and clinical researches on anti tumor therapy of dendritic cells.
