摘要 人类巨细胞病毒感染后血管平滑肌细胞的增殖、脂质代谢改变及其免疫病理损伤在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展过程中起重要作用。本文综述了HCMV感染SMC及其在AS发病机制中的作用。 Human cytomegalovirus stimulates the proliferation vascular smooth muscle cell, the metabolic change of lipid , and injures immunopathologic changes of human smooth cell play an important role in the process of atherosclerosis.
