摘要
采用 HPL C法测定氯雷他定片含量及有关物质。用 C1 8柱 ,甲醇 - 0 .0 2 m ol/ L Na H2 PO4 (80∶ 2 0 )为流动相 ,紫外检测波长 2 4 7nm。氯雷他定在 0 .1~ 2 μg范围内 ,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9993)。平均回收率为99.1% ,RSD=1.2 8%。
A HPLC method for the determination of loratadine tablets and its related substances was established. An ODS C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol 0.02 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate(80∶20), at the detection wavelength of 247 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1~2 μg( r =0.9993). The average recovery was 99.1% with RSD of 1.28%.
