抗菌素发酵罐的通气和搅拌是影响对发酵液氧供应能力的重要因素。本文介绍了近年来几种搅拌型式。其中我院近年研制成功的吸气式搅拌叶轮及组合具有将液面以上的空气重新吸回液层 ,以重新利用的功能 ,可以减少通气量 。

The agitation and aeration in the antibiotic fermentation is an important factor of oxygen supplies. The development of agitator systems was introduced. The air suction type agitator and the combination invented by SIPI can suck the air above the liquid level into the liquid phase, and then reused it. Thus the air flow rate to the fermentator would be lowered, as well as the manufacturing cost.
