摘要
通过正交实验确定 Na SCN水溶液体系中影响超高相对分子质量聚丙烯腈 (UHMWPAN)溶胀的各因素的显著程度 ,并用显微镜观察不同浓度硫氰酸钠溶液对聚合物颗粒溶胀的影响 ,发现溶液浓度影响最为显著 ,43% Na SCN水溶液溶胀值最大 ,溶胀温度和含固量有一定影响 ,而溶胀时间影响不大。
The influential degree of the factors concerning NaSCN aqueous on the ultrahigh\|relative\|molecular\|weight polyacrylonitrile(UMWPAN) was determined by orthogonal experiments. It was found that NaSCN aqueous concentration had the most profound effect. The maximum swell occurs when NaSCN aqueous concentration is 43%. The swelling temperature and solid content affect the swell in some degree while swelling time has a little effect.
