摘要
对 FDY纺牵联合机进行改造 ,通过改变纺丝速度和拉伸倍数等主要工艺参数 ,研究了纤维纺制过程中取向度、结晶度、初始模量等指标的变化情况 ,找到了最佳的技术条件 ,解决了普通 FDY涤纶长丝抗弯曲性能较差、织造中割绒困难、绒面倒伏、不平整、不丰满的问题 ,试验表明 :FDY涤纶长丝取向度 0 .1 2 7~ 0 .1 30、结晶度达 36%~ 37%、初始模量达 90~ 92 c N/ dtex时 ,纤维既有很好的抗弯曲性能 。
The effects of spinning speed and draw ratio on orientation degree, crystallinity and initial modulus were studied on a reformed FDY spin\|drawing machine. The process parameters were optimized to solve a series of problems, such as poor bending resistance, difficult cut pile, uneven and thin pile face. The results showed that the PET FDY with orientation degree 0.127~0.130, crystallinity 36%~37% and initial modulus 90~92 cN/dtex exhibited good bending resistance and soft handle.
