In this paper the author presents the fundamental characteristics、technique requirements and application situations of 3-Layer Polyethylene Anticorrosion System for Pipeline at home and abroad.Since the pipeline construction in China needs a large number of anticorrosion materials,the development of fusion bonded epoxy powder coating and better polyethylene resin should be a new increasing site in the coating market.
