摘要
通过试验确定三氯化磷与乙醛酸合成 2 羟基膦基乙酸 (HPAA)的工艺条件为 :反应温度、反应时间和升温时间 ,对试验产品进行了缓蚀阻垢性能评价 ,并用合格产品在某冷却水系进行了工业试验 。
This paper tests the synthesis conditions of HPAA by phosphorous trichloride and glyoxalic acid which include reaction temperature,reaction time and heating time.Test products are evaluated about their corrosion inhibition and anti-scaling performance.Qualified products are industrially used to test a certain cooling water system and good effects are obtained.
