摘要
将陶瓷和耐火材料生产中使用的球磨机改为圈流粉磨系统 ,通过采用调整各仓装球容积 ,调整研磨体级配 ,增大物料流速等措施 ,选取适当的循环负荷 ,使粉磨效率及选粉效率同时提高 ,球磨机产量成倍增加 ,单位细粉电耗可降低5 0 %~ 80 %。
Circulating abrasive system was introduced into the tube mill which was used in the produce of ceramic refractory. By adjusting the amount of the steel balls loaded in every bin, modifying the grade of abrasive, increasing the material's current speed, and choosing appropriate circulating load, the efficiency of grinding and selecting powder can be augmented at the same time, the productivity of the tube mill can be also increaseed double, and 50%~80% power consumption of unit powder will be saved.
