摘要
探讨了碳酰肼的合成工艺条件。结果表明 :碳酸二甲酯 (DMC)羰基化合成碳酰肼的工艺路线可行 ,在n(DMC)∶n(水合肼 ) =1 0∶0 9、温度 70℃、时间 2h、w(水合肼 ) =4 0 %或 80 %、n(水合肼 )∶n(肼基甲酸甲酯 ) =(2 0~ 2 5 )∶1 0的最优条件下反应 ,收率达 80 %。
The optimal synthetic processes and conditions of carbohydrazide were studied.It was shown that the synthetic process of carbohydrazide by carbonylation with dimethyl carbonate(DMC) was practicable and the yield was 80% in the appropriate operation conditions that n (DMC)∶ n (hydrazine hydrate) was 1.0∶0 9,reaction temperature was 70 ℃,reaction time was 2 h, w (hydrazine hydrate) was 40% or 80% in industry and n (hydrazine hydrate)∶ n (methyl hydrazinoformate) was (2~2 5)∶1.0.
