摘要
以顺酐和甲醇为原料 ,苯做溶剂合成了防霉剂富马酸单甲酯 ,用元素分析、红外光谱进行了表征。并用正交实验法讨论了最佳合成工艺条件 :n(顺酐 )∶n(甲醇 ) =1∶1,反应时间 3h ,反应温度 6 0℃ ,催化剂盐酸和吡啶的质量分别占顺酐质量的 6 %和 2 % ,产率可达 83%。
Monomethyl fumarate was synthesized with maleic anhydride and methanol as raw materials,concentrated hydrochloric acid and pyridine as catalysts and benzene as solvent.The composition and structure of the compound were characterized by elementary analysis and infrared spectrum.The optimum technological conditions obtained by orthogonal experiments were that molar ratio of maleic anhydride to methanol was 1∶1,the temperature of reaction was 60 ℃,the time of reaction was 3 h,and the quantities of hydrochloric acid and pyridine were respectively 6% and 2% by weight of the quantity of maleic anhydride.The yield was over 83%.This method is easy to operate to give product of good quality.
