摘要
对菜油进行甲醇酯交换反应 ,反应程度控制在理论值的 6 0 % ,然后用顺丁烯二酸酐酯化酯交换产物。这种酯化物在负载型金属皂的催化下 ,用空气进行氧化 ,温度 80℃ ,时间 4～ 6h。氧化产物再与亚硫酸盐进行亚硫酸化反应 ,能够制备出一种新的亚硫酸化类结合型加脂剂。实验表明产品的加脂性能优良 ,与革纤维结合能力明显提高。该工艺技术路线设计新颖合理 ,工艺方法简便可行 。
Treated by transesterification with methanol to 60% of the theoretical extent and esterified with maleic anhydride,then oxidized by air with supported metal stearate catalyst at 80 ℃ for 4-6 h and sulphited by sulphite,a novel combined sulphited fatliquoring agent is obtained from rape oil. It is proved from application experiments that the combination properties to collagen fibres have been developed remarkably,compared with other oxidized-sulphited rape oil fatliquoring agents.This technology is an eco friendly approach with novel reasonable process and convenient operation.
