摘要
5 4 g对甲苯酚与 16 .8g正十二烯于 12 0℃在 2 5g硫酸的催化下反应 2h ,经水洗 ,分层 ,将有机相减压蒸馏后得到 2 十二烷基 4 甲基苯酚 2 3 7g ,产率 86 %。减少正十二烯在反应体系中的相对物质量可以抑制副产物 2 ,6 双十二烷基 4 甲基苯酚的生成。
p Cresol(54 g) and 1 dodecene (16 8 g) was heated at 120 ℃ under the catalysis of concentrated H 2SO 4(2 5 g) to give 2 dodecyl 4 methylphenol(23 7 g,86 % yield).The product was purified by vacuum distillation.Main side product of the reaction was 2,6 didodecyl 4 methylphenol.To decrease the formation of the side product,excess p cresol (5∶1 versus 1 dodecene) was used.Excess p cresol was recovered by distillation after the reaction.
