摘要
综合全国20余单位10862例胎儿心电图(FECG)检查结果,检测成功率84.98—99.83%,检出异常 FECG297例(2.7%),其中175例有病因可查,认为胎心动过缓及 FST 段改变尤应引起临床注意;FQRS 用于诊断胎儿缺氧较胎心监护敏感;妊娠高血压综合征用 FECG 监测有利于积极治疗以提高围产儿质量。
A summation of fetal electrocardiograms(FECG)of 10862 cases of more than 20 institutes in
China is reported.The successful detection rate is 84.98—99.83%,and 297 cases(2.7%)of ab-
normal FECG have been detected,of which 175 cases have examinable causes.Fetal bradycardia and
abnormal FST should be paid attention to especially in clinical diagnosis.It is more sensitive to use
FQRS to diagnose fetal anoxia than to use the fetal heart rhythm monitoring.The application of FECG
for detecting pregnant hypertension syndrome is helpful to active treatment and the improvement of
quality of perinatal fetus.
