摘要
从低含氢硅油出发 ,通过加成、开环和季铵化反应合成了阳离子型聚醚改性有机硅季铵盐香波调理剂 ,用化学滴定法测定未反应活性氢的质量分数 ,从而确定聚醚硅氧烷反应的转化率 ,对聚醚改性有机硅季铵盐与阴离子型表面活性剂的配伍性及对香波体系发泡力的影响进行了研究 ,发现聚醚改性有机硅季铵盐与阴离子表面活性剂的配伍性良好 。
The polyether -modified silicone contained quaternary ammonium was synthesized with contained-H silicone fluid by hydrosilylation, esterification ring-opening and quaternarization. The conversion rate of polyether -modified silicone was obtained by measuring the content of Si-bonded H with chemical titration. The compatibility of the title compound with anion surfactant AESA, K12 and the effects of the compound on foaming capacity in anion surfactant and shampoo were studied. It was found that the title compound had good compatibility with anion surfactant and compared with traditional emulsified silicone fluid, the effect on foaming in shampoo was low.
