摘要
应用美国AC-TECH公司的C-MOLD软件对空调度盘的浇注系统进行了优化分析,通过改变进胶浇口的数量,减少了熔接痕的数量并且降低了凝固层的厚度,从而获得了比较满意的成型结果。
The C-MOLD of AC-TECH corporation was used to analyze the runner system of air conditioning tray. The amount of melt-line and frozen layer was minished by means of changing the amount of gates and the ideal results were got.
