摘要
探讨了顺丁橡胶装置溶剂回收系统酸性腐蚀的原因 ,采用19F NMR谱仪对酸性物质进行了定性分析 ,结果表明 :酸性物质是氟硼酸 ,其水解后产生大量的H+ ,导致设备腐蚀。在回收系统进料前增加碱洗水洗 ,并对相应设备进行改进 ,可以大大减轻腐蚀。
The reason of acid corrosion existed in the BR solvent recovery system was discussed. The acid was analyzed and characterized by 19 F NMR. The resultsshowed that the acid is fluoboric acid and a large mumber of H + hydrolyzed by the acid caused the equipment corrosion. By means of the measure that increasing alkali washing and water washing before incoming of recovery system and improving the equipment, the corrosion could be lighten greatly.
