无创性心房激动顺序标测的方法学再研究

Restudies in the Methodology of the Noninvasive Atrial Activation Sequence Mapping

采用1个右胸双极导联和2个食管双极导联,记录滤波心电图进行心房激动顺序标测。目的在于探索一种更新颖实用的无创性标测法。通过对窦律组73例、室上速组22例的标测研究,对双极导联标测的方法学可靠性和实用价值进行较深入的分析探讨。结果表明双极导联标测法优于常用的单极导联标测法。

A noninvasive mapping method of atrial activation sequence was restudied by using a right chest bipolar lead and two bipolar esophageal leads to record filter electrocardiogram simultaneously.The purpose of this study was to explore a newer and more practical mapping method for the differential di- agnosis of arrhythmia.Seventy-three(73)cases with sinus rhythm and 22 cases with paroxysmal sur- praventricular tachycardia underwent this mapping examination. This article focused the discussion on methodology,reliability and practicality of this noninvasive method.The results showed that the bipolar lead mapping method is better than the unipolar lead map- ping method,the latter is commonly being used at present.
