介绍了聚氨酯地坪材料的合成 ,讨论了合成预聚物的原料种类 ,游离 NCO质量分数 ,扩链剂组分中聚醚多元醇的配比 ,催化剂的用量 ,填料的加入量及其他各助剂的用量对材料力学性能的影响 。
A introduction was made on the synthesis of PU elastomer for terrace coating material. A discussion was made on the effect of the kinds of polyols preparing prepolymer, free -NCO group content, amount of catalyst, filler and other additives, ratio of various polyols of chain extender on the mechanical properties. The properties of aging and technology were researched too.
