16种实用配方硫化胶长期室内自然老化压缩永久变形变化及预测

Compression Set Change and Its Prediction of 16 kinds of Practical Formulation Vulcanizates for Long-term Indoor Natural Ageing

对用于丁腈橡胶、天然橡胶、氟橡胶、硅橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶等 16个实用配方硫化胶试样进行了各种状态下 30个室内自然老化试验 ,测量了 2 0a至 33a之久的压缩永久变形 ,并讨论了变化结果。用 16种配方硫化胶试样的 30个室内自然老化前期压缩永久变形的数据变化进行预测长期变化结果 ,并与实测长期老化结果进行对照 ,结果表明 2者的符合程度较好 ,预测方法可行。

Compression sets of 30 indoor natural ageing specimens of 16 practical formulation vulcanizates for NBR, NR, fluoro rubber, Silicone rubber and EPDM under all conditions for 20～30 years were tested, and the changes were discussed. The long term changes of the compression sets were all predicted by using the measured data of 30 specimens of 16 formulas, and compared with truly measured data. It was shown that the conformance point of the both was good, the method was valid.
