Grafting of Undecylenic Acid onto Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene Terpolymer and Its Reaction Mechanism

摘要 以过氧化二苯甲酰 (BPO)为引发剂 ,在 1 ,2 -二氯乙烷溶液中进行了 1 0 -十一烯酸接枝ABS树脂反应 ,并对接枝产物进行了表征 .研究了单体浓度、引发剂浓度、反应时间和反应温度对接枝聚合物接枝率的影响 .结果表明 ,1 0 -十一烯酸接枝 ABS产物的红外光谱图中在 1 71 7cm-1和1 2 73cm-1处出现了明显的 C O和 C O基团吸收峰 ,证实 1 0 -十一烯酸接枝到了 ABS树脂上 ;接枝率随引发剂浓度、反应时间、反应温度的增加而增加 ;随单体浓度的增加 ,接枝率初始时增加较快 ,至 0 .30 mol/L后降低 .接枝很可能是通过 1 0 -十一烯酸均聚合自由基对 The graft copolymerization of undecylenic acid onto acrylonitrile butadiene styrene terpolymer (ABS) was initiated by benzoyl peroxide (BPO) in 1,2 dichloroethane solution. The infrared spectra results confirmed that undecylenic acid was successfully grafted onto ABS backbone. The influences of BPO concentration, monomer concentration, reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated in terms of grafting degree. The grafting degree increased with increasing BPO concentration, reaction time and reaction temperature. The grafting degree increased with monomer concentration initially but decreased after monomer concentration reaching at 0.30 mol/L. Grafting of undecylenic acid most probably takes place by homopolymer radicals adding to the double bond of butadiene region of ABS.
