摘要
普通话水平测试(PSC)“说话”项的测评争议较大。现行《普通话水平测试大纲》“说话”项的评判标准,存有一定的模糊性,突出地表现在考核形式、语音面貌的定档等环节上。从测评实践的角度,对“说话”项测试中存在的问题进行思考与分析,通过对现行《大纲》“说话”项评分机制的梳理与解构,提出相应的对策,以期为“说话”项的测评提供较为合理的评判方法与参考标准。
There is a hot argument over the evaluation of the PSC 'talks'. Certain vagueness exists in the PSC e-valuation of the PSC 'talks ' , which mainly appears in the process of the test form, pronunciation feature and so on. This essay deals with the problems in PSC 'talk' tests from the angle of evaluation practice and puts forth some ways of solution by analyzing the system of talk tests in the PSC Test Evaluation Programme in order to provide more rea sonable evaluation methods and reference criteria in the 'talk' tests.
