入世后我国的就业压力及对策

The Employment Pressure and Countermeasure of Our Country After Joining WTO

入世对我国的就业会产生较大冲击。这种冲击与劳动力的快速增长,国有企业的冗员等问题交织在一起,其影响是不可低估的。应从发展出口贸易,改变人们的就业观念、健全社会保障体制、加快城市化进程、培养社会工作者队伍等方面采取措施应对这一就业压力。

After becoming a WTO member,China's employment will be shocked greatly in a short period.Since this shock appears with the growth of labour force and the large redundant persons of the state-owned enterprises, the affection should never be ignored. This article tries to offer some suggestions for solving the problem by developing foreign trade、 changing employment idea、amplifying social welfare system、speeding up the process of urbanization and training social workers, etc.
