摘要
通过电位—时间曲线的特征 ,研究了化学镀镍反应初期不同基体材料的催化特征 .在同质基体上可以瞬间诱发化学镀反应 ,而在异质基体上的诱导期因镀液组成不同而发生变化 .在异质基体材料中 ,Pt无催化活性 。
The catalytic effects of metallic substrates in the initiation of electroless reaction were studied with the analysis of potential vs time curves. The results show that electroless reactions can take place instantaneously on homogeneous substrates, and the initiation time of the reaction on heterogeneous substrates varies with the composition of electroless bath Pt has no catalytic effect on electroless reaction. The initiation time on Pd is the longest among the heterogeneous substrates.
