WTO中有关电子商务的议题及电子商务进出口对发展中国家的影响

The e-Commerce Issues in WTO and the e-Trade's Effect on the Developing Countries

由于因特网大量地运用于商业活动,电子商务得到了迅速发展,并成为世贸组织的一个重要的新议题,特别是关于电子商务适用规则及其归属问题引起了世贸组织成员方广泛的争论。本文总结了世界贸易组织关于电子商务议题争论的几个问题,并分析了电子商务进出口对发展中国家造成的影响,并针对发展中国家的实际情况提出了发展电子商务的对策。

With the inter-net used mostly in the commerce activities,the e-commerce has made a rapid development and been a new agenda in WTO in which the members pay more attention to the regulations and types of the e-commerce in service trade agreements of the WTO.This paper analyses the several problems of e-commerce being discussed in WTO and the e-trade's effect on the developing countries.Then the paper makes a conclusion and gives some countermeasures that prompt the development of e-commerce from the perspective of realities in developing countries.
