The purpose of the paper is to discuss the developing process of the microwave ceramics of series BaO-TiO 2-Sm 2O 3.Different technolongy method was used to make this microwave ceramics analysised crystal crystal phase contents through XRD.Therefore,the properties of the microwave ceramics,which have 78 dielectric constant -4.3×10 -6 /℃ temperature coefficient of frequency,Q(2GHz)≥3000,have been acquired.The result shows that the microwave ceramics meet the requirement of microwave device used of 600MHz to 1800MHz.
