摘要
研究了由尿素合成氰尿酸的连续化固相法工艺参数 ,通过预缩合和缩合组成的二步法工艺路线 ,在 0~180℃之间 ,在添加剂的作用下预缩合首先形成氰尿酸球脲 ,然后提高温度至 2 80℃ ,在氰尿酸球脲颗粒直径1mm时 ,反应时间 15min ,氰尿酸质量分数可达 92 .8% ,收率 85 % ,总反应时间 2 5min 。
We report a continuous solid state process for the synthesis of cyanuric acid with urea.Cyanuric acid is synthesized with a two-step process.Preliminary step in the presence of additives at 0~180?℃ transforms urea to urea cyanurate, which is then converted to cyanuric acid with 92.8 percent by raising temperature to 280?℃ for 15min in the condition of urea cyanurate particle radius of 1?mm.The whole process is continuous and takes only 25?min.The final yield is 85%.
