摘要
从现代语言学的角度探讨有关法律术语的几个问题:一是法律术语的定义和法律词汇的构成;二是法律术语的结构形式和法律术语的形成;三是法律术语的语义特点。
This paper discusses three problems concerning legal terminology from the angle of modern linguistics——1) the definitions of legal terminology and the constitution of legal vocabulary; 2) the
structure of legal terminology and the formation of those terms; 3) the semantic features of legal terminology.
