On the Problems Concerning Bill of Lading Fraud in International Trade

提单欺诈是一种比较常见的海事欺诈,在国际贸易中,尤其是涉及货物运输、保险的贸易中,单证交易已经越来越占据主要地位。利用单证进行欺诈也就日益成为一种主要的海事欺诈手段。海事欺诈使提单信誉大大受损并影响到整个国际贸易体系,日益成为航运界比较重要的危害,我国成为海事欺诈的主要对象。对提单制度的完善正是其发展的新契机。

Bill of Lading fraud is a marine swindle commonly seen in international trade. As such fraud involves many complicated problems, this paper elaborates on the forms of such swindle, the measures against the fraud and the effect. The author tries to prove the tendency of such marine problem under the new situation. To perfect B/L system will be of great help to the economic development.
