Statistical Inference for Incomplete Data Three-parameter WEIBULL Distribution

摘要 给出了缺失数据场合三参数 Weibull分布参数的近似极大似然估计 ,通过 We derive an approximate maximum likelihood estimation of the parameters of the three-parameter Weibull distribution under a TYPE-Ⅱ censored sample. In addition, we show the feasibility of this method by using two Monte-Carlo simulated samples.
