摘要
模糊限制语在语言使用中出现的频率很高 ,是模糊语言学值得研究的一种现象。本文尝试给模糊限制语重新定义 ,然后从语法和语义、语用的角度探讨了英汉模糊限制语的分类 ,并进一步分析了其语义。
Hedges frequently occur in language use and hedging is a phenomenon worthy of study in fuzzy linguistics. In an attempt to redefine hedges, the author proposes a classification of Chinese and English hedges from the grammatical, semantic and pragmatic perspectives and further discusses its semantic, pragmatic and stylistic function.
