高校教师队伍建设的缺失与校正

On the Lack and Correction of the Construction of the Teachers in Institutions of Higher Learing

我国高校教师队伍建设已经取得了很大成绩 ,但还存在一些问题 :整体素质有待进一步提高 ;师德建设薄弱 ;缺少大师级教师 ;重专业学术水平轻教学水平 ;近亲繁殖严重等。文章在分析师资队伍建设的不足的基础上 ,提出了更新观念。
