摘要
研究了配有螯合树脂微型柱的流动注射预富集———原子吸收光谱联用技术 ,建立了痕量镉的流动注射离子交换预富集原子吸收光谱测定方法 ,单柱预浓集 2 0min ,预浓集高达 3 2倍 ,检出限为 0 .1 0 μg/L ,对于同浓度的样品平行测定 1 1次 ,其相对偏差为 3 .2 %,加标回收率在 96 %~ 1 0 1 5 %.
Flow-injection AAS after its preconcentration of ion exchange of trace of cadmium is established through the study of Flow-injection AAS with chelate minisize column.Single column preconcentrating for 2.0 minutes,the rate of enrichment factor is up to 32 times.The limit of detection is 0.10μg/L.Parallel sample mensurate for 11 times under the same concentration.the relative standard deviation is 3.2%.The recoveries for the added slandards are between 96~101.5%.
