摘要
在日本对虾血细胞原代培养的基础上 ,测定培养细胞的RNA/DNA值进行不同 pH值培养基的比较 ,同时利用倒置显微镜和透射电子显微镜对血细胞的形态和结构进行观察 .发现血细胞于 pH 7.2时生长最好 .
RNA/DNA ratio was used to evaluate the cell growth in three mediums of different pH. The result showed that pH 7.2 was the optimum condition for growth of hemocyte of Penaeus japonicus. The morphology, structure and ultrastructure of the cells were also examined. When the improved medium was used to cultivate the primary hemocyte of P. japonicus, single layer of cells were dispersed well and covered 90 percent of the area.
