摘要
报道了Mg1-xNaxB2 化合物的结构和超导特性 .块状样品的X射线衍射结果表明样品具有六边形的晶态结构 .由于镁粉的化学活性 ,X射线衍射检测到了少量的MgO杂相 .磁测量结果表明非化学计量比的MgB2 并没有影响到超导的转变温度及转变温度的宽度 .同时 ,钠的引入几乎没有影响到超导体转变温度 .
The structural properties and superconductivity of Mg 1- x Na x B 2 compounds are reported in this paper. Bulk samples X-ray diffraction (XRD) results indicate that the samples crystallize in a hexagonal structure. Due to the chemical activity of Mg powders, a sample amount of MgO impurity phase is detected by X-ray diffraction. Magnetization measurement results indicate that the non-stoichiometry of MgB 2 has no influence on the superconducting transition temperature and the transition temperature width. And the introduction of Na almost has no effect on the transition temperature.
