摘要 研究了固溶与时效处理制度对2195合金性能和组织的影响。结果表明:固溶温度、保温时间、淬火冷却速度对合金性能有很大影响;低温人工时效能够改善合金晶界状况和强化相T1的分布,提高合金强塑性;预变形时效时,能大大促进T1相析出,显著提高强度,选择合适的预变形量与时效时间搭配, 可以获取良好的强塑性能;预变形前室温停留也影响合金性能。 The effect of solid solution treatment and aging temper s on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2195 alloy is investigated in the paper.It is proved that the solid solu tion temperature, holding time,and the quenching cooling rate influenced the properties of the alloy to a high extent. On the other hand,the low temperature aging improved the morphology of grain boundaries and the distribut i on of strengthening precipitates T1,and increased the strength and ductility of the alloy. A streth prior to aging promoted the precipitating of T1 phases as well, increased the alloy strength significantly as also. Thus the suitable coordinat ion of pre-stretching amount and aging time would offer desirable strength-ductility balance.Besides the above, the lay-down at room temperature prior to stretching also affected the properties of the alloy.
