摘要
阐述了通过铸渗法来改善金属零部件的表面性能的原理 ,主要是铸造技术与冶金强化相结合 ;分析了影响渗层质量的几个主要因素如涂料配比 ,铸造工艺等 ;铸渗合金成分及工艺可根据实际需要来设计 ;展望了铸渗法表面改性技术的应用前景。
This paper discusses the mechanism of improving surface properties of metallic material by casting penetrated technique and analysises several basic affecting factors for the penetrated laryers′s quality;The basical principle is the combination of casting technology and matallurgy.The affecting factors are ingredient of dope,the process of cast.The penetrated alloy compositions and the process can be designed according to actual surface properties needed.The applying prospect of the technique is proposed also.
