摘要
试验证明 ,在磁场淬火工艺中 ,采用交流磁场效果较好 ,而且随磁场强度的增大 ,效果愈好。在碳素钢中 ,含碳量小于 0 .2 %者不宜采用磁场淬火工艺 ,含碳量在 0 .4 %以上者效果最佳 ;对于合金钢 ,凡是含有能使Fe-C状态图共析点左移的合金元素的钢均适用磁场淬火工艺。
The experiments have proved that the magnetic field quenching process in the alternating current magnetic field will be more effective and the quenching result is better as the magnetic field strength increases.With the carbon steels,the steel will not be suitable for the employment of magnetic field quenching process if its carbon content is lower than 0.2% while the process will be most efficient if the steel carbon content is higher than 0.4%.Besides,alloy steels containing elements which move eutectoid point to the left in Fe-C equilibrium diagram are also suitable for magnetic field quenching.In addition,the magnetic field quenching tongs made of diamagnetic materials are most efficient.
