Analysis on the Austempering Cracks of S195 Cam-Shaft of Ductile lron

用作等温淬火的硝盐浴中含有的水份 ,影响着球墨铸铁凸轮轴在等温淬火过程中产生的马氏体量 ,在未经回火的状态下 ,经受磨削加工极易出现裂纹 。

The water contained in the nitrate bath used for isothermal hardening will ifluence the martensite amount of austempered cam-shafts of ductile iron.The results show that untempered parts are easy to lead cracks in the grinding process,and supplementary tempering is a simple process to avoid the cracks.
