摘要
介绍我国预应力钢丝、钢绞线和钢棒的生产现状和质量现状 ,指出预应力钢材在生产和应用中存在的问题 ,对预应力钢材的发展趋势进行分析 ,认为低松弛预应力钢材将完全代替普通松弛预应力钢材 ,防腐涂层向环氧树脂涂层方向发展 ,预应力钢绞线向高强度 (2 0 0 0MPa级 )大规格方向发展 ,预应力钢丝的比例下降、螺旋肋钢丝将取代预应力光面钢丝。
To introduce the present situation of production and quality of PC steel wire,PC strand and rod in China.The problems existing in production and application of PC steel products are pointed out.The developing trend of PC steel products are analyzed.It is considered that low relaxation PC steel products will replace common one completely,anticorrosion coating will develop toward epoxy resin coating,PC steel strand will develop toward high strength(2000?MPa grade)and coarse specification,the rate of PC steel wire will decrease,spiral rib steel wire will replace bright steel wire,indented steel wire and hardened and tempered reinforced bar.
