摘要
对 75E盘条中出现异常马氏体组织的原因进行研究 ,通过金相观测分析冷却速度、化学成分、直径等方面的因素对组织的影响 ,认为马氏体的产生可能与Cr。
The abnormal martensite in 75E high-carbon wire rod is studied.The influence of wire rod's cooling rate,chemical position,diameter on microstructure are examined and analyzed.It's believed that the martensite probably is related to the imappropriate high quantity of such alloy elements as Cr,Ni and inappropriate control of cooling rate.
