摘要
德国产KS12 6 30成绳机设计生产能力大 ,采用自动上料机构 ,大大降低了工人劳动强度 ,生产率也高。但是经使用发现上料小车故障频繁 ,变形器小轴经常发生弯曲、甚至断裂的现象 ,变速箱也经常出现异常情况。针对出现的这些问题 ,通过分析并对其结构进行改进后 ,设备得以正常运行 。
The designed capacity of KS12/630 closer made in Germany is large.The materials are fed automatically,so manual labours are saved largely,and the productivity is also raised,but the material-feeding carriage is frequently out of order,the deformeter axle often bends and even breaks,somtimes sth is wrong with the gearbox.So far as these problems are concerned and analyzed,some structures are improved,the equipment runs normally again and satisfy the requirements of production.
