摘要
对传统的堆焊方法而言 ,提高熔敷速度与降低稀释率是矛盾的 ,能否协调这两方面因素 ,是实现高效高质堆焊效果的关键。分析了提高熔敷速度、降低稀释率的各种途径 ,并基于理论的分析与工艺验证 ,提出采用小压缩孔径 ,拉长粉末会交点至工件距离是同时获得高熔敷速度、低稀释率堆焊效果的有效途径。
Deposition rate and ratio of dilution are the two most important indexes to evaluate a surfacing method. For traditional surfacing methods, the increase of deposition rate is opposite to the decrease of ratio of dilution. It is the key of obtaining high efficiency and high quality surfacing whether the two aspects can be coordinated or not. Various measures to increase the deposition rate or decrease the dilution ratio are enumerated in this paper. Based on the analysis of theory and some experiments,the idea using constricting nozzle with small orifice diameter, and increasing the distance from meeting point of the two beams of powder to work piece has been given here to achieve not only high deposition rate but also low dilution ratio.
