中山市1990～1999年神经系统疾病死因分析

Analysis on the Mortalities of Neurological Diseases Betwen 1990 and 1999 in Zhongshan

目的 探讨1990～1999年中山市居民神经系统疾病死亡率、死亡规律及其对中山市居民期望寿命的影响。方法 研究分析了1990～1999年中山市居民神经系统各病种死亡率、死亡趋势、期望寿命、构成比等指标。结果 ①中山市神经系统疾病患者死亡人数在同期总死亡人数中占很大比例,仅脑血管疾病死亡率一项已居全死因顺位第3、4位;②脑血管疾病、颅内损伤是期间该市神经系统疾病主要死因;③1990～1999年期间中山市居民神经系统疾病、脑血管疾病等死亡率呈逐年下降趋势;④不同神经系统疾病死亡高发年龄不同;⑤去除神经系统疾病死因后,中山市居民期望寿命明显提高。结论 1990～1999年期间神经系统疾病对中山市居民生命与健康造成较大威胁,提示必须进一步重视与加强中山市神经系统疾病的防治工作,且其重点应放在脑血管疾病、颅内损伤等疾病上。

Methods Different indicators such as mortality, life expectancy, constitutional ratio of neurological diseases in Zhongshan between 1990 and 1999 were analyzed.Results The ratio between the death toll of neurological disease and total death toll in Zhongshan in 1990 - 1999 was quite large, and cerebral vessel diseases was ranked the third and fourth among the death specturm in 1990 - 1999; Cerebral vessel disease and cranio-cerebral trauma were major death causes of neurological diseases in Zhongshan in 1990 - 1999; The mortalities of neurological diseases and cerebral vessel disease showed a obviously descending trend in Zhongshan in 1990 - 1999; The death age peak was different in different neurological diseases; 〢fter wiping out the influence of neurological diseases, the life expectancy of Zhongshaneses had raised remarkbly. Condution The neurological diseases had big influence on the health and longevity of Zhongshaneses in 1990- 1999, it suggested that their treating and preventing works in Zhongshan be enhanced, and the focus should be on cerebral vessel disease and craniocerebral trauma.
