洛汀新对轻中度高血压降压效果及安全性分析

Analysis of Efficacy and Security of Lotensin for Hypertension

目的 :观察洛汀新对轻中度高血压的降压效果及安全性。方法 :选择原发性高血压病人 5 8例经洛汀新治疗。结果 :治疗 8周后 ,血压由治疗前的 ( 14 3 .7± 18.7) / ( 92 .2± 10 .2 )mmHg降为治疗后的 ( 12 8.1± 15 .5 ) / ( 81.6±8.3 )mmHg。结论 :洛汀新对混合性高血压、单纯性收缩压升高及单纯性舒张压升高均有明显的降压效果 ,不良反应轻微 。

Objective:To study the effect and security of Lotensin in treatment of hypertension.Methods:58 cases of primary hypertension were treated with Lotensin for 8 weeks. Results: After treatment, the pressure declined from 143.7±18.7/92.2±10.2 to 128.1±5.5/81.6±8.3 mmHg.The total efficiency was 89.66% and the significant efficiency was 75.86%. Conclusion: Lotensin has significant pressure lowered effects for compound hypertension group,simple high systolic pressure group and simple high diastolic pressure group and has feeble harmful reaction. It is fit for clinical application.
