随着校园网络教育技术的发展和普及,以大学生为主体的上网人群日趋增多,与此同时,青年学生网上违规、违法行为也成为一个比较普遍的问题。研究了青年学生的网上违规、违法的表现、产生的原因及教育对策。

With the development and widespread of the university network education technology, as the mass the university students into network are becoming more and more. Meanwhile, the activities against the rule and law on the network are becoming a universal problem. The author gives own opinions on the phenomena, the causes against the law and the way to solve the problem.
