培养计划是学校实现人才培养目标和基本规格要求的总体方案 ,它直接关系到 2 1世纪本科教育的人才培养质量。高等学校为了适应 2 1世纪我国社会科技和经济发展的需要 ,培养德智体全面发展的素质高、能力强、富有创新精神和实践动手能力的高级专门人才 ,必须做好本科培养计划的制定工作。只有这样 ,人才培养目标才能实现。

Training plan is an overall program by which universities attain their goal of fostering talents and satisfying basic demands.It has a great bearing on the quality of the undergraduate education in the new century.In order to adjust themselves to the development of our country’s technological and economic development,institutions of higher learning must work out good training plan to cultivate advanced talents with all-round development,such as good quality,creativity and operating ability.Only by doing so can they achieve their purpose.
