浅析战后美国制造业带经济衰落的原因及影响

Preliminary Analysis of the Reasons and Effects of American Manufacturing Belt's Economic Fall After World War Ⅱ

战后美国制造业带的经济衰落是二战以来美国和世界经济发展等多种因素互动的结果 ,而非美国联邦政府区域平衡发展规划的产物。其根本原因在于它无法规避资本主义经济的“创造性破坏”的循环运作 ,是其自身发展和经济结构调整的结果。而制造业带的相对衰落和南部的崛起并未带来美国权力结构的区域变化 ,制造业带仍然是美国政治、经济与文化的中心。

This paper explores the basic reasons and influences of the relative slow-down in economic growth of American manufacturing belt from 1950 to 1980.The author holds that the fall of the Manufacturing Belt is not the production of the plan of regional balance development carried out by the American federal government or the self-discipline of market,but the result of the interaction of various factors since World War Ⅱ, among which the fundamental reason is that it has no way to avoid the creative destruction result of capitalist economy.The author also thinks that the temporary difficulties of the Manufacturing Belt which is still the political,economic and cultural center of America,doesn't mean that the power structure of American society has transferred from the Manufacturing Belt to the Sunbelt.
