摘要
在知识经济时代 ,高等教育承担着培养高素质人才和推动科技发展的重任 ,而高校人力资源特别是教师队伍的水平和质量是完成这个任务的关键。文章针对高校人力资源的特性和目前存在的问题从观念的转变 ,人事和分配制度的改革 ,考核制度的完善 ,师资培训力度的加强等几方面 ,对高校人力资源的开发提出了一系列的意见和建议。
In the era of knowledge based economy,higher learning institutions bear an important task of nurturing high quality intellectuals and promoting scientific and technological development, the key factor of completing which lies in the quality of human resources, especialhy that of the faculty team.In terms of the issue and the exixting prblems,the paper puts forward some proposals and suggestions for the exploration of the resources in such aspects as the changing of concept,the reform of employment and distribution systems,perfection of examination system,in service training of teachers,etc.
