摘要
当前,许多高校优秀青年人才纷纷外流,给高校师资队伍的稳定和建设带来了不利影响.本文认真分析了高校青年教师流失的原因,并对此提出了应对措施,以防止青年教师盲目外流.
Under the circumstance of market economy, many young talents abandon their post, which causes great effect on the stability of the teachers' team. Hence the universities ought to attach much importance to it, that is to say they should analyze the causes, work out corresponding policy and take some measures to prevent the young teachers from abandoning their post.
